This means:

Error!
Press "Back" in browser, save by "Ctrl-C" in buffer (I don't know correct English term for it, it's that part of computer memory, where get data then you make operations like "copy-paste") data, that You have wrote. Refresh browser cash memory by pressing Ctrl+F5 in the same time. Repeat sending data.

I've had similar problem, but in my case it was a problem with browser settings actually. I've deleted in browser settings cookies for this forum and it allowed me to log in without new registration.
My husband said it was "dark electricity forces".
